Shiloh’s 2013 Night of Hope event on March 21st will feature a Live and Silent Auction. Shiloh is very proud to again have as our live auctioneer Lark Mason of and PBS’s Antiques Roadshow television series. We want to give our auction donors a BIG thank you! All proceeds from this auction will go directly to the programs that serve Shiloh’s kids. Care has been taken to catalog each item correctly, but all items are sold “as is” without warranty as to the accuracy of descriptions, authenticity, or condition. All auction items and services are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by donors. Unless otherwise stated, the time limit on any service is one year from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of donor and buyer.

An auction payment qualifies as a deductible gift only to the extent that it can be shown to exceed the fair market value of the item purchased. Indicated dollar values are estimates provided by the donor, and are not warranted for tax purposes. Bids should be in round dollar amounts and in increments as stated on the bid sheet. Payment for all auction items may be made by cash, credit card (Visa, Discover or MasterCard) or check the night of the event and winning bidders should take their property home with them that evening, where applicable. Any attendee may place proxy bids for others not able to attend the event in the attendee’s name. Payment is due that evening by the winning bidder.
