We stand with our families.

To our Shiloh youth and families,

We have missed moments to express outrage and grief to you, and to condemn acts of racial injustice in full support of the communities we serve. The relationships built at Shiloh deeply matter. When we are not able to be physically present, we have realized that using media platforms to express our condemnation of the brutality and injustices committed against black and brown communities becomes even more important.

Shiloh actively opposes racism, oppression and injustice. We believe our communications on our website and in writing have not always been direct and clear, and we are making updates as needed.

Shiloh's mission and focus has always been to create safe spaces to connect, and to be a visible reflection of God's love and light with all the families we have the privilege to serve. We acknowledge the grief and trauma perpetrated by police violence and hateful actions.

We remain committed to being a part of the solution, as we are listening and learning. We stand with our communities and use our voice to advocate for human rights that dismantle racial injustices, that create necessary systemic changes for equity and humanity for our communities.

As we examine ways we can be a stronger voice for our families, we are identifying where we fall short. Together, with your voice, we can create better ways to be the community organization that is needed in your neighborhood.

SHILONYC Program Updates : Covid19

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following precautionary measures for our programming guided by the DOH & DOE.

We wanted to inform you all that we’re taking action in the best interest of our youth and staff. Beginning March 12th, Shiloh suspended all SERVE Spring Break teams and afterschool at St Luke's School. Our HiDef teen program will move to a virtual platform beginning March 18th.

We will update you on any changes to our programming, including Camp Shiloh, as we closely watch the developments from city/state health officials.

Camp Shiloh 2019 Update (Session pictures, videos, and highlights)

Camp Shiloh 2019 was another incredible summer with continuing traditions like Pirate Night, campfire SMORES, night swim, and BINGO dance & costume night. This summer we added a few new games to the weekend mix, gave CIT's a class activity to lead and hosted a resume workshop.

We are so grateful for the summer staff, CITs, volunteers, campers, and donors for making 2019 a success!
