For 75 years, Shiloh has been equipping young people with tools that build hope. Every summer, New York City kids find a community where they are known and loved, and where they learn that a loving God sees their potential and value.

In 2027, Shiloh returns to full residential camp, and we're looking for the leader to guide it. If you are a baptized, committed Christian with a heart for youth in vulnerable communities, a record of camp leadership, and the vision to build on 75 years of legacy, we'd love to meet you.

The Position:
Lead Shiloh's summer camp, including strategy, staff, programming, budget, safety, and property, in close partnership with the Board. This is a full-time, camp-focused role in spring and summer, with flexibility in fall and winter for planning, recruiting, and fundraising.

The essentials

• A baptized, committed Christian aligned with Shiloh's mission and Statement of Faith

• 4+ seasons of camp administrative experience

• Current CPR and First Aid; ACA Director Certification preferred

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus an on-site director's residence for families.
